About

Over a century ago, my great grandmother lost her home to General Sherman in the Civil War. But she was determined to create a beautiful new life. Everything she learned from hardship and happiness she passed down to my grandmother and then my mother in turn. Each generation built on the previous one, and between my great grandmother, my grandmother, and my mother, I inherited a large cache of lessons in how to live a life of goodness, happiness and beauty. Four generations of Southern women lived and learned gracious living. These lessons were mine – now they are yours.

I reserve my more serious thoughts for Taste and Style Revisited, Lovely Reflections’ sister blog.
